Kush Kush's regular vegetable chicken soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 onion
32 oz organic chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs organic chicken drumstick, without skin
1 sweet potato
1 potato
3 carrots
2 zucchini
13 oz canned mushrooms
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. Sautee onions first in bottom of large soup pan.

  2. Add chicken drumsticks on top of onions to brown and little and cook some.

  3. Add box of chicken broth and 1 kettle of boiling water.

  4. Add chopped potatoes. Bring to a boil/simmer.

  5. Once potatoes have cooked some add carrots and zucchini.

  6. Finally, add mushrooms and let simmer to finish cooking.

  7. Add cilantro and fresh garlic at the very end.
