Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

110 grams Chicken
84 grams Onions
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
175 grams Zucchini
81 grams Carrots
129 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup(110 g) Beans, Snap, Green
7 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cube Stock Cubes
40 grams Green Lentils

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

Saute onion and mushrooms in oil until soft ad translucent. Add chicken and brown. Add stock cube with 1 litre of water and the lentils and simmer for 10 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
