Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Vegetable Soup

12 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
222 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
156 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
341 grams Yellow Onion
24 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Margarine Stick
226 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
6 serving Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
5 clove Garlic
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.75 cup dry Boil-In-Bag Rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Vegetable Soup

  1. Sautee chopped peppers and onions in oil and margarine until tender.

  2. Add garlic and cook one more minute.

  3. Transfer veggies to crock pot and add remaining ingredients.

  4. Cook on low for 5 hours.
