Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup-Low Sodium

64 fl oz Organic Free Range Chicken Low Sodium Broth
8 oz Cabbage
3 oz Carrots
56 7/10 grams Onions
2.501 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup-Low Sodium

  1. Shred cabbage, slice or dice all the vegetables. Cook chicken in a non-stick pan with cooking spray.

  2. Put the veggies in a large pot and add 32 oz. of the low sodium broth. Bring to a boiol. Turn the heat to simmer and cook until the veggies are tender. Add Mrs. Dash seasonings. Several varieties if you like.Add remaining broth and simmer. Cook chicken shred chicken and add to soup pot, Then simmer at least 15 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lime. The servings are 2 cups each.
