17 DAY DIET ( DR PHILL) CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP. I added the half and half on my own

Recipe Ingredients for CHICKEN vegetable SOUP (17 DAY DIET)

4 CHICKEN BREAST
2 cups CABBAGE
2 CARROTS
1 ONION
2 CELERY STALKS
15 oz CAN TOMATOES
1 c HALF AND HALF
1 cup parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN vegetable SOUP (17 DAY DIET)

bake chicken for 30 minutes on 350 with your choice of seasonings. I used rosemary and mrs. dash. cut up veges in bite size pieces and mix with chicken broth and can of diced tomatoes(with juice). Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1hr. add chicken and half and half if you like. I also added some shredded parmesean when I was ready to eat.
