Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup

2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1/2 zucchini
1/2 white onion
2 stalks celery
1 cup noodles
1 cup chicken breast
1 cup carrots
1 tsp salt
1 cup cremini mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp marsala wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup

  1. in a large soup pot, heat olive oil

  2. sautee onions, celery, and zucchini until just softened

  3. add marsala and mushrooms and sautee 3 minutes

  4. add carrots, herbs, water, and stock

  5. bring to a boil

  6. reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes
