Chicken and vegetables combined with spinach, and Orzo or Farfelle pasta with a touch of cheadar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for chicken vegetable meadly soup

10 cups of water
4 cups of vegetarian broth
3 cups of broccoli
3 cups of cauliflower
3 cups of carrots
4 cups of spinach
1 1/2 cups of mild cheese
1 cup of Orzo
3 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for chicken vegetable meadly soup

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine the 10 cups of water and vegetarian broth In a medium soup pot, and bring it to a boil.

  3. In a medium sauce pan combine 3 cups of water and your vegetables, and bring to a boil

  4. cook for 20 min or until vegetables are nice and tender.

  5. Place the 3 chicken breast in a baking dish with a little water, cover with foil and bake for 30 min

  6. Remove chicken from the oven, place chicken in a dish. let it cool for 10 min.

  7. Remove vegetables from the sauce pan and add them to the broth

  8. Cut chicken up into cubes and add them to the broth.

  9. Add mild cheese to the mixture and continue boiling.

  10. Add the Orzo to the broth, stir mixture and remove it from the eye. (set it aside for 10 more min, )

  11. Enjoy!! this dish serves 10 or more people.

  12. 2 cups equals 276 cal....
