Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Lasagna

3 cup Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Original Style Traditional
3 cup Light 1% Cottage Cheese
4 Serving Chicken
2 large Egg, Whole
6 slice Provolone Deli Slices
4 serving Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles - 3 noodles
1 large Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 clove Garlic
2 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tbsp Olive Oil
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Lasagna

  1. chop and saute all veggies

  2. pressure cook chicken in desired spices

  3. blend 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and eggs

  4. shred cooked chicken

  5. layer noodles, cheese, veggie/chicken mixture, and sauce

  6. create 3 layers

  7. top with a final layer of noodles and sauce

  8. sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and top with provolone cheese

  9. let set overnight

  10. bake for 1 hour
