Stir fried rice bowl. Any protein or vegetables you like or have on hand may be used.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 serving Peanut Oil
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1.5 cup, chopped Cabbage
8 oz Portobello Mushrooms
6 oz Edamame Soybeans Shelled
2 tbsp Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
29.57 grams Regular Soy Sauce
2 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice

Cook rice. Cook soy beans. Cook scrambled eggs. Set aside. Saute chopped chicken pieces and vegetables (squash, onion & garlic, cabbage, mushrooms) in 1 Tbs oil each individually and transfer to large bowl. Add rice, eggs and soy beans to bowl and stir until combined thoroughly. Stir fry X amount of servings in skillet on high heat 1-2 minutes with ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Serve with minced cilantro and green onions. (I stir fry 2 servings at a time for my husband and myself and save the rest for another day)
