Mild Chicken and vegetable curry - good for left overs

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable curry

300 g chicken breast
30 g shallots
50 g zucchini
1 onion
150 g cauliflower
100 g broccoli
2 tsp curry paste
50 g corn
50 g banana
50 g sultanas
50 g apples

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetable curry

  1. Pry onions, shallots and curry paste till clear.

  2. Add diced roasted chicken breasts

  3. Add all chopped vegetables and cook til soft.

  4. Add fruit

  5. Serve with Yoghurt and papadams
