Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable and Bean Soup

4 cup Chicken Broth
35 grams Vidalia Onion
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup Asparagus
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tsp Minced Garlic
0.75 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
8 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable and Bean Soup

  1. Season chicken tender, as desired, and cook in ceramic frying pan at med-level until cooked. Put off to the side for cooling.

  2. Place chicken broth and minced garlic in pot on stove at medium level.

  3. Add beans into the broth.

  4. Slice Vidalia onion and add to broth.

  5. Chop the Asparagus into 1' pieces, place in pot with broth.

  6. Separate broccoli from stalk and cut into bite size pieces, add to broth.

  7. Slice mushrooms, add to broth.

  8. Cut chicken tenders into 1/2' bite-size pieces, add to broth.

  9. Simmer for 30 minutes.
