Recipe Ingredients for Chicken vege soup

4 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Garlic
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
2 cup Cauliflower
1 cup, strips Celery
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 oz Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Chicken vege soup

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce

  2. Add 1/2 tsp oil to hot pan

  3. Add chicken & stir fry quickly with wooden spoon 2-3mins till chicken is cooked.

  4. Set cooked chicken aside.

  5. Add remaining oil to pan.

  6. Stir fry minced garlic in hot pan 1 min.

  7. Add water

  8. Add chicken broth powder.

  9. Mix. Should smell good.

  10. Add well-mixed corn starch solution and stir.

  11. Add veges. carrots, cauli.,celery,cabbage & mushrooms.

  12. Cook 2-3mins with lid on. Make sure veges are still crunchy.

  13. Add back the chicken.

  14. Adjust with salt and pepper.
