Sauteed veggies with pre-roasted chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Veg Stew

1/2 medium raw Onion Yellow
10 oz Potatoes
0.67 cup slices Carrots
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 large Mushrooms
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tsp Chicken Stock
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3/4 cup frozen Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Veg Stew

Saute chopped onion, potatoes, and carrots (can be in oil) until tender, add stock & water and simmer 5 min. Add yellow squash, mushrooms and green beans and simmer additional 5-7 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until hot.
