Recipe Ingredients for Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

3 cups fat free chicken broth
2 cups diced turkey or chicken
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pepper
20 biscuits

Recipe Directions for Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

  1. Bring broth to a boil. You may want to use a chicken flavor booster to make the broth stronger in taste. Add cornstarch mixed with water to broth to thicken. Add chicken or turkey. Heat until somewhat thick.

  2. Pour in large glass (9x13) casserole. Place twenty small type canned biscuits on top.

  3. Bake immediately according to biscuit directions.
