Recipe Ingredients for chicken toss

4 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cups Baby Spinach
2 oz Spaghetti
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Minced In Oil Garlic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for chicken toss

  1. boil 2 grams of dry pasta

  2. in a frying pan, put 1 tbsp of olive oil and a tbsp of garlic, heat until the garlic sizzles. throw in 4 grams of pre cooked chicken breast, and 1 cup of baby spinach. toss until the spinach is wilted, use cracked black pepper and a dash of salt, and a tbsp of lemon juice to season. serve over the pasta. these directions are for 1 serving. in order to make more everything should be doubled, except the salt, oil, pepper and lemon juice.
