A lower fat version of one of our family favorites.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tortillas

1 1/2 cups chicken breast, shredded
1 small onion, diced, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, fat free, shredded
4 ounces cream cheese, fat free
16 ounces salsa
8 tortillas, low carb

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tortillas

  1. Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray

  2. Cook onion, then add the cooked, shredded chicken, cheeses and salsa. Stir together until cheeses are melted and mixture is heated through.

  3. Divide mixture evenly between the 8 tortillas.
