Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tortilla Soup

24 oz chicken breast
15 oz diced tomatoes
14 oz Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
8 oz diced green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 c water
15 oz chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
15 oz frozen corn
32 oz bush's black beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tortilla Soup

Bake chicken breast at 350 degrees until cooked through. Shred chicken using 2 forks. Combine shredded chicken and all other in large stock pot OR crock pot. Simmer for at least an hour before eating. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, limes, tortilla chips, or anything else that strikes your fancy.
