Chicken & tomatoes over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Tomatoes

1 Chicken breast
8 oz diced tomatoes
1 g g) Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Tomatoes

  1. Butterfly chicken breast Season with Mrs Dash. Heat Olive Oil in Wok or small skillet . Sear Chicken for 5 minutes and flip pour entire contents of can of tomatoes over chicken sprinkle with mrs dash and garlic powder , cover and let simmer at a medium head 15- 20 minutes .

  2. Cook Rice as instructed on box Serve Chicken and tomatoes over rice

  3. Makes 2 servings
