Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/ tomatoe, artichoke hearts, roasted bell pepper, garlic, capers, onions

1 lbs Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 zucchini
6 oz Artichoke Hearts
1 red bell pepper
2 tsp capers
2 roma tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup red onion
4 garlic cloves
2 cups water
1 tbsp grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/ tomatoe, artichoke hearts, roasted bell pepper, garlic, capers, onions

in a frying pan add grapeseed oil, sautee garlic and onion for 5 minutes, add chicken breast. Salt & pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove chicken from pan. In the same pan, add tomatoe paste, tomatoe, zucchini, roasted red bell pepper, artichocke hearts (drained from marinade). Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
