A slow cooked Italian chicken classic

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tomato Pasta (Slow Cooked)

250 grams spaghetti
400 g can tomatoes
650 g chicken thighs
1 large red onion
35 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
50 ml white wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tomato Pasta (Slow Cooked)

  1. Brown chicken thighs in Olive oil in large pan with lid (lid off to start).

  2. When chicken a light brown colour, add onions and garlic and seasoning.

  3. When onions soft, add white wine and reduce while scraping bottom of pan to remove juices.

  4. Add all other ingredients and cook for 45mins
