Diced chicken cooked in a tomato based sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken - Tomato, Garlic & Ginger

8 g ginger, crushed
8 g garlic, crushed
300 g chicken breast fillets, skinless
270 g tomatoes, skinless and diced
1 tbsp canola oil
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp heinz ketchup

Recipe Directions for Chicken - Tomato, Garlic & Ginger

  1. Marinade chicken pieces in garlic & ginger for at least 30min.

  2. Heat half the oil in a saucepan. Add in tomatoes and cook for 30min with half the salt.

  3. Heat rest of oil in a frying pan. Add chicken with all the garlic & ginger and rest of salt. Brown.

  4. Add chicken pieces and ketchup to the tomato sauce and cook for 5 mins.
