Chicken baked in olive oil and lime juice with a cold tomato salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with tomato/avocado salsa

1 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
1/8 cups onion, diced
1 avocado
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/8 cup olive oil
2 tsp pepper
3 dash salt (approximate)
2 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken with tomato/avocado salsa

  1. Dice all vegetables and combine together with enough lime juice to coat and salt to taste.

  2. Put olive oil, pepper, basil, and remainder of lime juice in a baking pan.

  3. Place chicken in baking pan and rub with liquid.

  4. Put pan in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes

  5. Remove pan from oven and flip chicken over. Put back in oven for another 8 minutes.
