Recipe Ingredients for "Chicken" Tofu Tacos

1 pound firm tofu, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for "Chicken" Tofu Tacos

  1. Cook all together (except tortillas!) in a non-stick skillet.

  2. Serve in tortilla shells along with toppings such as salsa, vegan cheese and sour cream.
