Simple and cheap. The apple cider gives it a nice sweet taste without a lot of sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tofu soup

3 cup, chopped Cabbage
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
7 oz Firm Tofu
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
1 serving Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tofu soup

  1. chop all the vegies.

  2. Add water till they float and then a little more.

  3. Put in spices. Add more curry if you want.

  4. Chop about a cup to cup and half of tofu. Put in.

  5. Toss in chicken breast with no skin.

  6. Sprinkle apple cider in over the chicken. About tbsp to 2 tbsp.

  7. Cover and cook.

  8. When chicken is done, shred with forks. Put back in.

  9. Cook a couple more minutes and you are done.
