Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tinola Soup

500 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 oz Ginger
4 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup cooked Chayote

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tinola Soup

  1. saute garlic, ginger and onion.

  2. add water then chicken.

  3. add fish sauce.

  4. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Add chopped chayote and simmer til cooked.

  6. Salt to taste.
