1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
4 teaspoons salt
300 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
3 teaspoons salt
8 ounce tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tikka Masala (TMF) - QUICK

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinade for 1 hour in yogurt, lemon, cumin, cinnamon, both peppers, ginger, and salt.
