This is really easy, I swear. You know I don't cook complicated stuff. It takes about 20-30 minutes total.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Masala

2 tsp paprika
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garam masala (this is the one you might not have)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 cup,+chopped+or+diced skinless chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper (i added this for color and more veggies)
2 tbsp lemon juice
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/3 cup heavy cream (I used half and half)
1 tbsp cornstarch (I used 2 tbsp flour)
1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tikka Masala

  1.

  2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat, add chicken, onion, bellpepper, lemon juice; cook and stir 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add all spices except red pepper and cook/stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes until well mixed. Stir cream into cornstarch and salt until dissolved then gradually add to skillet. Stir in red pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
