Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Masala

750 g chicken thigh, raw
230 g onion
20 g garlic
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
1 serving Diced Tomatoes No Salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Dry fry the onions.

  2. Add the spices.

  3. Cook the chicken if you're using raw chicken.

  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for as long as you can.

  5. Serve with fresh coriander leaf and either some yoghurt or sour cream. Good with rice and naan bread.
