Recipe Ingredients for chicken tikka masala with Patak's sauce

1 medium onion
1 tbsp oil
225 g chicken breast
200 g mushrooms
1 tbsp coconut milk powder

Recipe Directions for chicken tikka masala with Patak's sauce

  1. Soften chopped onions in the oil for 3 minutes in a microwave oven

  2. Add the diced chicken breast and a whole can of Patak's Tikka Masala sauce. Heat on high for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the coconut milk powder and the sliced mushrooms. Heat for about 5 minutes on high then for another 5 minutes on simmer.

  4. Serve with plain boiled long grain rice
