4 cups chicken breasts
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tijuana

  1. Cut chicjen into strips

  2. Saute onions in small amount of olive oil

  3. Saute chicken until done

  4. Add salsa & heat

  5. Add cheese & sourcream

  6. Stir until cheese is melted
