Recipe Ingredients for Chicken thighs and rice

2 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Chicken Stock
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.33 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Chicken thighs and rice

dust the chicken thighs lightly in a mix of flour paprika and cayenne (optional some black pepper) and shallow fry. Meanwhile boil rice in chicken stock - once nearly ready toss in peas and sweetcorn. Serve with chicken. Its a simple meal but wont leave you feeling unfed.
