2 lbs Chicken Thighs
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
1 cup broccoli
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken thighs rice and broccoli

  1. cook chicken in olive oil lighlty seasoned with S & P.

  2. Cook rice with 2 cups water, bring to a boil.

  3. add broccoli and cover and lower temp to low. DO NOT UNCOVER FOR 18 MINUTES
