Recipe Ingredients for chicken thighs

5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Creole Seasoning
2 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
3 clove Garlic
1 1/2 medium Onions
1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomato
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for chicken thighs

coat chicken in flour and spices. Brown off in olive oil. Add onions and garlic, saute 4 minutes. Add chicken stock and sundried tomatoes (sliced). Put in 350 degree oven, roast 45 minutes to an hour.
