Recipe Ingredients for Chicken tetrazinni

3 lbs chicken
1/2 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic
3 med onions
1 green pepper
1 can (3-ounce) tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
15 oz thin spaghetti
8 ounce green peas
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
6 ounce black olives
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken tetrazinni

  1. Boil chicken until tender.

  2. Cook garlic, onions and pepper in oil until clear.

  3. Add tomato paste & chili powder.

  4. Remove chicken from broth & cook vermicelli in same broth.

  5. Chop chicken in medium sized pieces & add to vermicelli when done.

  6. Add peas & saute mushrooms & olives to tomato mix & stir all into vermicelli.

  7. Season with worchestershire & salt to taste.

  8. Better made the day before. Freezes well. Heat & serve.
