Yummy stir fry for summer veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki with squash & zucchini

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 medium onion, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups yellow sqash
3 cups zucchini
12 oz La Choy Stir Fry Teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki with squash & zucchini

  1. Cut chicken breasts up into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Chop up the squash and zucchini into the shape that you like. (We like thick and round or half circle.)

  3. Place onion, olive oil, and chicken into a stir fry skillet or 10 inch non-stick skillet on medium to medium high heat.

  4. Stir these around until chicken is no longer pink and the onion has softened some. Drain the juice from the chicken out and add the squash, zucchini, and LaCoy sauce.

  5. Stir this around on medium heat until the veggies are warmed well but still firm.

  6. We serve this over Jasmine rice or small shell pasta.
