Slightly sweet chicken and veggie teriyaki

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
0.529 oz Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
0.25 oz Sherry
1 tsp Instant Bouillon
6 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. In a skillet heat oil and add raw veggies. Cook until tender crisp - about 5 min.

  2. In a small bowl combine the warm water, teriyaki, sherry, bouillon, and 1 tsp corn starch.

  3. Add sauce to veggies - stir to combine - bring to boil.

  4. Add chicken, reduce heat and let simmer until heated thru.

  5. Serve with rice.
