quick and easy and very tasty Teriyaki dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
16 oz chicken breasts cut into strips
1 cup raw broccoli cut into bit-size pieces
1 cup snow peas
2 cup rice, brown, cooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. mix soy sauce and sugar in a large sauce pan, turn on medium heat.

  2. Once the sugar has desolved add chicken strips and vegatables and bring to a boil, boil for about 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked.

  3. Set chicken and vegatables aside, add corn starch and boil again until thickened.

  4. Serve over brown rice.

  5. Add thickened sauce to taste
