Joy Bauer's Teriyaki Chicken recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

9 tbs teriyaki sauce
1 tbs ginger
4 cloves garlic
20 oz boneless chicken breast
3 cups broccoli florets
1 1/5 cups red pepper
1 cup bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Combine the teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a small bowl. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and combine thoroughly with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  2. Heat a small sauté pan coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat. Add the chicken and the marinade to the pan and cook thoroughly, until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the vegetables, cover the pan, and cook for approximately 7 minutes.
