Chicken teriyaki with rice & broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp minced garlic
6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 cup rice
4 med green onions
3/4 cup fat free chicken broth
6 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Heat large sprayed skillet over med heat

  2. add minced garlic and brown chicken on all sides

  3. add green onions and cook until tender

  4. add broth and teriyaki sauce; simmer until chicken is done

  5. divide into 6 servings

  6. cook rice as directed

  7. steam broccoli

  8. serve over 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup broccoli
