Easy variation on chinese favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
1/3 cup fat free Italian Dressing
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp garlic
1/2 onion chopped
3 cups water
2 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Heat Italian dressing in skillet or wok. Saute onions and garlic. Cut chicken into cubes or strips.

  2. Cook chicken til no longer pink. Add teriyaki sauce, water and rice. Cook 5-10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
