Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki

500 grams Chicken
2 tbsp Mirin (rice cooking wine)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Fry the chicken in medium heat in a non-stick pan until browned outside.

  2. Add mirin and soy, cook 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add green onions.
