1 cup rice
380 g chicken breast
1 NLEA+serving baby carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sugar snap peas
12 tablespoons Stir Fry Marinade Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with White Rice

  1. Start preparing white rice in a rice cooker or stovetop.

  2. Chop the chicken and start grilling in a large nonstick saute pan.

  3. When chicken is nearly done add all of the chopped vegetables.

  4. When chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender, but still have bite to them, add teriyaki sauce. You may need less.

  5. Spoon chicken and vegetables over cooked rice and enjoy.
