Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Terikayi Stir Fry

2 cloves garlic
2 T ginger
2 c broccoli
15 oz chicken
1/2 c carrot
1/2 c red cabbage
2 c zucchini
1 lb mushrooms
1 yellow bell pepper
1 med onion
2 c snap peas
1/4 c teriyaki sauce
2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Terikayi Stir Fry

  1. Cut all ingredients to appropriate sizes.

  2. Saute chicken, ginger, garlic, and onion for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add remaining vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and cook another 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice.
