Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Teriaki

16 oz (raw) Chicken
0.5 tbsp Cornstarch
1 oz Water
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 oz Light Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Chicken Teriaki

Mix all ingredients together except chicken and oil, set aside. heat oil then stir fry chicken until done. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Serve over rice.
