1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced thin
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1/2 cup olive oil

  2. Brown chicken tenders in 1/4 cup of the olive oil.

  3. Combine all ingredients and cover with lid to steam.

  4. Serve over steamed rice.
