Recipe Ingredients for chicken tenders

1.69 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 cup corn flakes
15 saltine crackers
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken tenders

  1. Pound chicken to make it slightly thinner.

  2. Beat egg in bowl with water.

  3. crush corn flakes and saltines in ziploc bag.

  4. add season and parmesan to bag.

  5. mix chicken in egg bowl until fully coated.

  6. heat large skillet with oil.

  7. put chicken in bag and mix until coated.

  8. place chicken in pan and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
