Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tarragon Min-Loaves

200 g Ground Breast of Chicken
1 serving Alessi Thin Breadstick (ground)
1 apple (peeled, cored, and grated)
2 T onion (chopped small)
1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
2 T lemon juice
1 T Liquid Aminos
1 T Tarragon
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sage
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tarragon Min-Loaves

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form two (2) mini loaves.

  2. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to firm patties and allow the flavors to meld.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes (or until done in the center).
