Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Tarragon And Lemon on Pasta

145 g chicken fillet
80 g white mushrooms
45 g leeks
4 g garlic
50 ml double cream
50 ml white wine
1/2 tspn tarragon
1/2 tspn lemon juice
1/2 tspn black pepper
175 g pasta

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Tarragon And Lemon on Pasta

  1. Dice the chicken fillet and fry for about 10 mins.

  2. Add the ground black pepper.

  3. Add the sliced leeks and sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 5 mins.

  4. Add all of the other ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 mins, stirring occasionally.

  5. Cook the pasta as directed.

  6. Serve with a nice crisp dry white wine.
