This is my spicy chicken and eggplant dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tarong

1 chicken breast
1/4 cup mushroom
1 cup eggplant
3 tbsp chili sauce, pste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tarong

  1. cup up chicken breast into square pieces.

  2. slice up eggplants.

  3. slice up mushrooms.

  4. cook chicken breast in pan first. cook until chicken is brown.

  5. add eggplants and mushrooms in the mix.

  6. add a little water.

  7. let food simmer.

  8. add chili sauce/paste.

  9. stir and let simmer for 10 mins.
