Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tandoori Spinach

8 oz Fully Cooked Grilled Breasts Strips Chicken
0.7 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 serving Philadelphia cooking creme
3.5 cup Spinach
2 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tandoori Spinach

  1. Take yogurt, cooking creme and mentioned spices including tandoori powder and other spices to add to your liking and mix in a bowl. If it tastes to salty add 4 drops of stevia and mess around with it.

  2. Take the Chicken and microwave it for a minute to let it thaw out until it becomes soft but not rubbery or frozen. Then take skillet and and brown the chicken. After about 3 minutes add the yogurt mixture into skillet. Mix with spatula until it covers most of the chicken. Your yogurt mixture should be orange in color. Set mixture aside.

  3. Take a saucepan and pour two tablespoons or capfuls of vegetable oil into saucepan. Take minced garlic, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds and put into saucepan and turn on the stove to high heat until they pop.

  4. Pour in the spinach. Then pour in the chicken and yogurt mixture you made into the saucepan and stir. At this point you probably shouldn't need salt, but you could add chili pepper or something else if it's too bland. Evaluate the water level and if the water level is to watery for your liking you can add corn starch.

  5. For a tasty treat you could add some Chana Masala, but be careful it's may have a lot of salt.
